Heute wird der L\u00f6wentanz traditionell jedes Jahr zum Neujahrsfest der Chinesen (ab Neumond zwischen 21. Januar und 21 Februar) aufgef\u00fchrt. Zudem dient er bei Einweihungen von wichtigen Geb\u00e4uden oder bedeutenden Ereignissen als Gl\u00fcck bringendes Ritual \u2013 zunehmend auch au\u00dferhalb Chinas.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Je zwei Personen stecken unter dem L\u00f6wengewand.
